I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel Amsterdam Airport, Schiphol for two nights from April 12th to 14th, and while the overall experience was good, there were some noticeable shortcomings that affected my stay. On the positive side, the rooms were clean, modern, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. The 24-hour shop downstairs was convenient, and the staff were friendly and welcoming, as I’ve come to expect from previous stays at Radisson Blu hotels. However, the breakfast experience was a major letdown. We paid €20 per person, but unfortunately, the spread didn’t live up to what was advertised. The staff mentioned that there was only one chef and that they were short-staffed, which I understand. However, I was disappointed to see that while staff were continually letting more people into the breakfast area, the food was being brought out in small amounts. This led to some guests taking multiple plates, leaving others with limited options. I felt that it would have been better to pause the entry of additional guests until everyone had a chance to get enough food. At the end of the breakfast, I attempted to speak with staff about a refund but found that the girl at the front of service was overwhelmed and unable to assist at that moment. In the end, I had to go buy food elsewhere. I’ve always enjoyed my stays at Radisson Blu in the past, and this experience was definitely a disappointment, especially considering the price we paid for the breakfast. While I understand that staffing challenges can arise, the overall handling of the situation could have been much better. This one experience, unfortunately, let down what has otherwise been a consistently positive experience at Radisson Blu.

Modern, comfortable room, big size, comfortable bed. The whole hotel was clean. bathromm big, big soft towels, refillable shower and soap bottles, cosmetic mirror with backlight. qieut rooms, no noises from the airport or the corridor. Coffeee machine in the lobby.

We booked the room via Booking.com just three hours before arrival and got there around 10 PM. Despite the late hour, the check-in was fast and smooth. The staff was friendly and professional. We really liked the room – it was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The service was excellent, and we felt very welcome. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant stay. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

Shuttle bus from the airport Rooms were clean and quiet

My boyfriend and I had a great stay! The shuttle bus comes very often to the airport, so I was quickly at the hotel. There are multiple receptionists and they are all very kind, so there is never a wait and they’re all helpful. We were very satisfied with the room and the facilities. The bath was wonderful, the bed was comfortable, and even though it’s near the airport, we really liked the view. We also really enjoyed the fitness room; we mostly used the free weights like the dumbbells and kettlebells, and there were multiple cardio machines and a cable machine. It was very quiet and comfortable in the fitness room and it was well stocked with towels and cups for the water machine. I ended up having to extend my stay a few times because of troubles with moving in to my new apartment, but they were always very helpful and I felt that there was excellent value for the price. I would definitely stay here again and if family visits, I would recommend staying here for them as well.

Hotel was great for my needs, close to both the airport and where I needed to be. Shuttle bus was a bonus. The staff were helpful and check in was quick and easy - Food was very good. I found the hotel to be clean with all the facilities required for a good business stay.

Never liked the idea that free shuttle has to be paid even though it is a small fee. This does not speak well for the hotel. Some people i spoke to were not happy about this. maybe you have reasons for this, but probably have to find alternatives that this could be paid by clients and not have to go the reception to pay for a shuttle ticket. This is not cool.

Convenient as an airport hotel, although it is about a ten minute drive (shuttle provided, from airport to hotel it's free, the other way around it's €5 per person). Business-style hotel, nothing special but ok for its purpose. We had a flight cancellation and needed to spontaneously add another night. Booked that via booking.com but the hotel did not have it on their system. Front desk staff (Alba) was excellent and looked into it and fixed it, no fuss. Room change was also handled nicely.
